I nicknamed this tree on the campus of Salem College in Winston-Salem, NC, "The Elder" because of its dynamic size and span. It's truly amazing to stand under its colossal, structure and imagine how many generations of students have come and gone under it's comforting shade.
Lee is a native of and current resident of North Carolina. He's spent his life there caring for and serving others. For well over 30 years he has worked as a law enforcement officer and paramedic, including time as an administrator, educator, and government regulator. He has responded to multiple national disasters and served celebrities, Governors, and Presidents along the way. He is a SAG-AFTRA eligible working film/television actor with dozens of credits in films, shows, commercials, industrials, and theater. He says that it is hard work, but using his imagination to become someone else, lost in a different moment in time is an experience of which he simply can't get enough, very similar to his photography work.
