Artist's Description
Without going into details, taking this photo was a supernatural experience. I've never had some of the odd happenings take place like they did that day. They did not want their photo taken and turned this simple point and click into a 30 minute fight against extreme forces to capture the image. Even then it didn't want to be seen. I still stare at this photo, knowing that I was not alone. I can't explain it but I will never doubt it. Note the beam of light and the curious glow around the base of the graves. Unedited. I will just leave the story there...
About Lee Darnell
Lee is a native of and current resident of North Carolina. He's spent his life there caring for and serving others. For well over 30 years he has worked as a law enforcement officer and paramedic, including time as an administrator, educator, and government regulator. He has responded to multiple national disasters and served celebrities, Governors, and Presidents along the way. He is a SAG-AFTRA eligible working film/television actor with dozens of credits in films, shows, commercials, industrials, and theater. He says that it is hard work, but using his imagination to become someone else, lost in a different moment in time is an experience of which he simply can't get enough, very similar to his photography work.
