It's a beautiful October day for a hike in western, North Carolina. We've hiked up the Rough Ridge Trail off the Blue Ridge Parkway, which we can see below. We can also see other hikers stopped on a rock below enjoying the view. It's the day after the predicted peak of color change in the leaves for the fall and nature hasn't disappointed us at all.

Lee is a native of and current resident of North Carolina. He's spent his life there caring for and serving others. For well over 30 years he has worked as a law enforcement officer and paramedic, including time as an administrator, educator, and government regulator. He has responded to multiple national disasters and served celebrities, Governors, and Presidents along the way. He is a SAG-AFTRA eligible working film/television actor with dozens of credits in films, shows, commercials, industrials, and theater.
