Artist's Description
I met this tree while strolling around the historic old village of Rockford, NC. The light colored bark that almost glistened in the sun caught my eye as if she was posing and asking to be captured for all to see that day. How could I turn down such a great opportunity by such a beautiful young lady?
About Lee Darnell
Lee is a native of and current resident of North Carolina. He's spent his life there caring for and serving others. For well over 30 years he has worked as a law enforcement officer and paramedic, including time as an administrator, educator, and government regulator. He has responded to multiple national disasters and served celebrities, Governors, and Presidents along the way. He is a SAG-AFTRA eligible working film/television actor with dozens of credits in films, shows, commercials, industrials, and theater. He says that it is hard work, but using his imagination to become someone else, lost in a different moment in time is an experience of which he simply can't get enough, very similar to his photography work.
