The E. B. Ficklen Tobacco Co. Inc. site in Greenville, N.C. as photographed in 2022. It was built in 1897 and is a historic property. It is in the process, along with another adjoining tobacco warehouse, of being renovated and turned into a historic focused hotel with classic eateries, and upscale shopping experiences in the Uptown Greenville area, adjacent to the ECU and arts districts. This is already one AMAZING area and I can't wait to see the magic that comes from it.

Lee is a native of and current resident of North Carolina. He's spent his life there caring for and serving others. For well over 30 years he has worked as a law enforcement officer and paramedic, including time as an administrator, educator, and government regulator. He has responded to multiple national disasters and served celebrities, Governors, and Presidents along the way. He is a SAG-AFTRA eligible working film/television actor with dozens of credits in films, shows, commercials, industrials, and theater.
