This building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, stands in the historic Rockford community of Surry County, North Carolina, on the banks of the Yadkin River. It has a lengthy history, not just in this community, but also in the world of the Freemason. A Masonic Order was first organized in the Huntsville community, in neighboring Yadkin County, and known as the Shallowford Lodge on January 20, 1795. In 1797, the Charter was changed to Unanimity Lodge #34 and it moved to this building in Rockford. By the year 1800 Rockford had a bustling population of... 47. In 1806 the charter was arrested and the lodge became extinct.
This lodge is among the oldest still standing in the state thanks to careful preservation.
Lee is a native of and current resident of North Carolina. He's spent his life there caring for and serving others. For well over 30 years he has worked as a law enforcement officer and paramedic, including time as an administrator, educator, and government regulator. He has responded to multiple national disasters and served celebrities, Governors, and Presidents along the way. He is a SAG-AFTRA eligible working film/television actor with dozens of credits in films, shows, commercials, industrials, and theater.
