I've lost hope. I've struggled. I've been to the bottom and just stayed there, staring up in misery. I don't want anyone to feel alone, or lost, or that they can't or won't make it over the beast holding them down. Hang on. Look up. Look around. Pray. Seek some help. You will be make it. I went from no hope to blessed far beyond beyond my wildest dreams. You can do the same thing but it takes courage and persistence. Take that first step. Reach out to someone, anyone. Take care of yourself!

Lee Darnell

Lee is a native of and current resident of North Carolina. He's spent his life there caring for and serving others. For well over 30 years he has worked as a law enforcement officer and paramedic, including time as an administrator, educator, and government regulator. He has responded to multiple national disasters and served celebrities, Governors, and Presidents along the way. He is a SAG-AFTRA eligible working film/television actor with dozens of credits in films, shows, commercials, industrials, and theater. He says that it is hard work, but using his imagination to become someone else, lost in a different moment in time is an experience of which he simply can't get enough, very similar to his photography work.
